Whether this is your first child or your fourth child, every pregnancy and birth experience is different. We try to plan for as much as we can, but still end up worrying about things not going as expected or making “wrong” decisions. Pregnancy and birth can bring incredible highs and lows, including fear, uncertainty, and worry. We can help you navigate these tough feelings to ease the stress on your body.
The transition to being a mom of a newborn is a true blessing, but when you’re exhausted and your village isn’t here, what are you supposed to do? Even if you have a small village, it can feel like weakness asking for help. Or when you finally get to take a break and your mind is consumed by how your baby is being cared for you might wonder why even bother taking a break then?
